Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Closera, provided by Amren Ventures, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using Closera you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
1. The service
Closera helps businesses capture leads, reply on WhatsApp with AI assistance, follow up and manage sales. Features may change over time. A free trial may be offered; after it ends, continued use requires a paid plan.
2. Your responsibilities
- Only message people who have agreed to be contacted, and honour opt-out requests (Closera stops automatically when someone replies STOP).
- Follow WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce Policies and all laws that apply to your business, including UAE data-protection law.
- Keep the information you give the AI accurate. You are responsible for prices, offers and promises made to your customers.
- Keep your login secure and tell us about any unauthorised use.
- Do not use Closera for spam, unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
3. AI features
AI-generated replies, summaries and scores can be wrong. Your team can review, take over or switch off AI replies at any time, and you remain responsible for communications sent from your account.
4. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. Third-party charges, such as WhatsApp conversation fees billed by Meta to your WhatsApp account, are your responsibility. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Data
You own your data. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it, and we delete it after account closure in line with that policy.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep Closera available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. You may stop using Closera and close your account at any time.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
